The action of few greater than the dream of many

The 2020 Pandemic halted many people’s goals and dreams but this was not the case for Sid Gojer.  In fact, he used the pandemic to fuel his fire and passion to do something purposeful and give back to his community and friends. This came in the form of Synergy Snowboarding.

Synergy Snowboarding started out as a way to share Sid's passion and love for snowboarding.  He truly believed that people of all ethnicities and ages should try it out and should not be afraid to do so.  To help this come true, he created the Safety-Control-Progression System that has proven to be successful in teaching.

With the help of a few of Sid's close friends, he developed his own private lessons business and had a very successful track record teaching and developing riders.  

The passion he brought to snowboarding caught like a fire amongst his friends and has allowed them to transform into better riders and people all round.  This is the starting point of the Synergy Community.

Synergy Snowboarding currently is developing its own brand featuring a clothing line and hard goods for its customers and community.  In addition, they are driven to provide top level information, knowledge and content to keep the love of snowboarding going and Sid's vision alive...

Ever since I first stepped onto a snowboard, I felt a special connection. Nature, my surroundings, my ability to find myself and most importantly a chance to face my fears... 

After 18 years of pursuing this ambition, I have come to gain a large array of knowledge, wisdom and experience that I would like to share with you.

I took snowboarding to many levels in my life.  From competing in park and freestyle for over 10 ten years to riding big mountain and back country all over North America and even getting on the business side of things.

My new found passion is to teach and share my wisdom. This is how Synergy Snowboarding first started.  Now we have a community, product line and many future goals we aim to achieve.

The Synergy Trilogy Concept :  

I'm a firm believer that in order to learn and grow you need to be safe and comfortable. When you have met this in your fundamental stages it sets a path for you to succeed and develop freely.

Then you reach a stage where you must have control.  This means self-discipline and understanding your limits and abilities.

If both of these concepts are applied, you will inevitably progress in a safe and controlled path and the sky is the limit from there!
